Counseling

Our counseling services help adults with coping, overcoming feelings and symptoms of depression or other mental health issues. Counseling services are also for children who are experiencing some behavioral problems at home or school. 

• Individuals - Individual Counseling helps a person define personal goals, make decisions, and solve debilitating problems 
• Children and Teens- This counseling is focuses on working with children or teens who have experienced a traumatic event, or are facing a difficult family situation.
• Couples - Couples Counseling is used to strengthen healthy relationships or treat relationship distress with respect and compassion for each other
• ​Families - Family Counseling  engages the entire family by uncovering unhealthy strategies, changing dysfunctional interaction patterns and communication styles to develop understanding and strengthening of healthy systems
• Pre and Post Divorce Counseling - Helps  individuals to discover coping techniques that can help in dealing with the various processes of a divorce, establish a new life and/or develop a healthy perspective on the divorce
• Groups- This form of counseling attempts to enforce that life difficulties are not singular to one person and that people can benefit from shared experiences.
• Geriatric Counseling - Provides counseling for mental health issues that are interfering with a senior's quality of life. 
• Grief Counseling - Grief counseling help clients with the loss of a spouse, parent, or other loved ones, nonhuman companion, an unborn child or the dissolution of a relationship. 
• Trauma Related Counseling - Trauma counseling helps people address, come to terms with, or recover from a traumatic event such as abuse or being the victim of a violent crime
