Counseling

Our counseling services help adults, children, and teens with coping, learning to set and maintain boundaries, and improving communication.  We also offer counseling services for children who are experiencing some behavioral problems at home or school. 
  • Individuals - Individual Counseling helps a person define personal goals, make decisions, and solve debilitating problems. We work on a case by case basis to create tailored treatment plans and goals to ensure the best quality of care. 
  • Children and Teens- This Counseling focuses on working with children or teens who have experienced a traumatic event, or are facing a difficult relationship or family situation. We use specialized techniques to help children and teens cope with their current situation and grow into the healthy adults they deserve to be.​
  • ​Families - Family Counseling  engages the entire family by uncovering unhealthy strategies, changing dysfunctional interaction patterns and communication styles to develop understanding and strengthening of healthy systems. Our licensed therapists provide comprehensive care for all members of the family unit, ensuring that everyone is working to better the family as a whole. ​
  • Couples - Couples Counseling is used to repair damaged relationships, strengthen healthy relationships, and create an environment of love and respect. Our therapists will work with you to find and resolve the root of the issues in the relationship, helping to heal the current hurt and prevent future pain. ​
  • Trauma Related Counseling - Trauma counseling helps people address, come to terms with, and recover from a traumatic event such as abuse or being the victim of a violent crime. 
  • Pre and Post Divorce Counseling - This kind of counseling helps individuals to learn coping techniques that can help in dealing with the various processes of a divorce, establishing a new life, and/or develop a healthy perspective on the divorce.

  • Geriatric Counseling - Geriatric Counseling helps with any mental health issues that might be interfering with a senior's quality of life.
  • Grief Counseling - Grief counseling help clients with the loss of a spouse, parent, or other loved ones, nonhuman companion, an unborn child or the dissolution of a relationship. Our therapists help you work at your own pace to cope with the loss and move forward in a positive direction. ​
  • Group Counseling - Is available for both male and females with topics specific to each group.
