Domestic Violence Classes

The Batterer Intervention Program (BIP)
The 52 week Oklahoma Attorney General Certified Program helps the batterer to accept personal responsibility and accountability for their actions. Our trained professionals also work to teach accountability, respect, effective communication, healthy coping mechanisms, and self control. All of our BIP classes are in person weekly. We offer both men's and women's classes. ​
  • The intake includes a face-to-face interview and the Domestic Violence Inventory. The participant is given an opportunity to discuss the program and ask any questions he/she might have. At least 50% of the intake fee must be paid to get on our schedule and the second half of the payment is due at the intake appointment.​
  • Classes are paid weekly. Insurance does not cover the BIP program. 
  • We offer men's classes on various days and times to accommodate work schedules on a first come first serve basis.
  • The women's class is on Tuesdays or Wednesdays depending on location.
  • All of our BIP classes are in person.

Anger Management Class

Anger Management begins with education. People who haven't had a lot of experience talking about emotions have a hard time labeling their feelings, recognizing triggers, and connecting the consequences they've experienced back to their anger. Anger Management classes help individuals understand the source of their anger problems, overcome their underlining problems and develop ways to adequately control themselves, in a healthy way.  The number of classes vary, ranging from 8-20 weeks, depending on the results of the face-to-face interview and assessment.
  • The intake includes Anger-Aggression-Violence Assessment as well as a written summary. The participant is given an opportunity to discuss the program and ask any questions he/she might have. At least 50% of the intake fee must be paid to get on our schedule and the second half of the payment is due at the intake appointment.​
  • Classes are paid per class with a small fee for credit card charges. 
  • All of our Anger Management classes are in person.

Stress Management Classes: Stress is a feeling of being tense, overwhelmed, worn out, or exhausted. Stress is the accumulation of many small hassles, while other times it is the result of major life changes or long-term problems. Our classes educate clients about their stressors, factors that protect them from stress and techniques to effectively manage it.
